Being stuck in an ongoing agreement with a service provider can feel like a bad marriage, especially if for whatever reason your program is extended, or you find that the service you are receiving is not what you signed up for. Many people choose to wait it out because they don't realise that switching to an alternative provider is fairly simple. In the long run it can save time, money and a whole lot of stress.

At Smart Start Interlocks we try our best to make the transition as easy and straightforward as possible. We don't believe that switching providers should be financially prohibited either, which is why until the 19th of July 2019 we are offering to uninstall your existing interlock and install our own for free (more info on eligibility below).

To be eligible for this limited time offer you need to have an existing interlock installed by another provider, and have at minimum 4 months left on your program. You will also need to be up to date on payments to your previous provider.

You can change providers in a few steps:

Step 1: Determine when your current interlock period ends. Smart Start Australia will only switch out interlocks at the end of your service month, to ensure that you're getting value for your monthly fees.

Step 2: Book a removal/ installation with Smart Start Australia. Before attending installation make sure that you have proof of interlock program length and a copy of the most recent invoice issued fro your previous service provider.

Step 3: Turn up to your appointment with your documents, and get your interlock device switched out on the spot.

Congratulations, you've just completed a transition to Smart Start Australia.
